My Story

Where I'm
coming from

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago a dual focus that lets me think about technology not just as a technical challenge, but as a human.

My journey into tech started with curiosity. I wanted to understand how the apps I used every day were built, how algorithms made decisions, and how design shaped the way people felt when they used software. That curiosity turned into a passion.

Outside the classroom, I've built AI-powered applications, supported hundreds of students and faculty as a Computer Specialist, and mentored the next generation of women in tech through Girls Who Code and Break Through Tech.

Technology should solve real problems. I focus on creating tools and systems that are useful, reliable, and meaningful for the people who use them.

I actively embrace learning new tools, frameworks, and workflows, understanding that growth comes from stepping outside my comfort zone.

Beyond the Resume

A few things
about me

I played varsity golf all four years of high school and now continue playing in college. I also led a donation drive to get golf clubs into the hands of local youth programs.

My first big project was Mario-themed because learning to code should be fun, not intimidating.

I’ve mentored girls ages 13–17 through Girls Who Code, helping spark curiosity about technology while also reinforcing the interest in tech that first inspired me to explore the field.

I’m passionate about traveling because it allows me to discover new cultures, experience different ways of life, and explore diverse cuisines.

I'm certified in Data Analytics and love turning raw data into visuals that actually tell a story.
